Cancellation & Refund Policy
EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all service enrollments made with EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in any of our educational services, the user (“you”, “your”, “student”, “learner”) agrees to the terms set forth herein.
1. Cancellation of Services
1.1. A cancellation request shall be considered valid only if submitted immediately upon enrollment and prior to the commencement or allocation of any service.
1.2. Once classes have been scheduled, commenced, or access to learning materials, platforms, or resources has been provided, no cancellation requests shall be entertained.
1.3. EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP reserves the right to decline any cancellation request that does not comply with the conditions stated herein.
2. Non-Applicability to Products
2.1. As an educational institution, we provide services only.
2.2. This Policy does not apply to the sale of products, as no physical or perishable goods are offered by EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP.
3. Quality-Related Complaints
3.1. Any grievance relating to the quality, delivery, or nature of services must be formally reported to our Customer Support Team within 2 (two) days from the commencement of the service or from the date the issue is identified.
3.2. Upon receipt of such a complaint, the Customer Support Team shall review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
3.3. Decisions made by EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP regarding such complaints shall be final and binding.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1. Certain services may be delivered through or in collaboration with third-party educators, platforms, or service providers.
4.2. Where applicable, users may be required to refer issues directly to such third parties if the matter falls within their operational scope or warranty.
4.3. EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP shall not be liable for delays, deficiencies, or failures attributable to third-party service providers.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds shall be granted only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP.
5.2. If a refund is approved, the same shall be processed within 9-15 business days from the date of approval.
5.3. Refunds, where applicable, shall be made only to the original mode of payment.
6. Amendments
6.1. EN-GATE ACADEMY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE LLP reserves the exclusive right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to
perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure
event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi , Delhi
